Cannellini Beans Curry - (Tinglaore Saarupkari)

Ingredients
1 cup Cannellini Beans
5-6 Garlic cloves
4 Roasted dry red chillies
Salt to taste
Water
1 tbl spn Oil

Serves - 4

Method-
Soak cannellini beans for 2 hours
Boil it with about 3-4 cups of water
Once done, add salt and cook for 5 mins. Add more water to dilute the gravy a bit.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic cloves. Fry the red chillies along with it.
Add it to the cannellini beans gravy and cook for 5 mins.
Serve hot with rice
Tips
Same recipe works well with kidney beans, black beans, black eyed beans etc
