1/2 tsp Fenugreek (Methi) seeds

Method-
Soak Rice, Urad Dal and Methi seeds together for about 8 hrs or overnight.
Grind this together with salt and water to get a smooth batter.
This dosa batter needs to be fermented well and hence would be usable the next day or after few hours.
Before starting to prepare dosa, add a pinch of baking soda and keep aside for 10-15 mins.

Heat a pan on medium flame and grease it. Spread the dosa batter on it.
Cook for about 2-3 mins only on one side. If the batter is of the right consistency and has fermented well, you will see holes on the dosa while being cooked.
