Microwaved Bread Pudding


Ingredients -
2 white bread slices
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
Raisins
Cashew nuts
3 (Marie) biscuits



Preparation -
Cut the bread slices into little squares and keep aside.
Dip the biscuits evenly in milk and spread them in a medium sized microwavable bowl
Heat milk in a pan and mix sugar in it. (Adjust the amount of sugar to the sweetness desired)
Beat the eggs with the biscuits, slowly adding the milk, bread slices and vanilla essence.
Spread the raisins and nuts on top of it.
Microwave the mixture in the bowl for about 7 minutes. Cook a few minutes longer, if the center is not firm.
Cool to room temperature/refrigerate and serve it.
