Ingredients-
3/4 Cauliflower
6 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
3-4 finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp vinegar
4 tsp soy saurce
water
2 tsp corn starch

Heat oil in a wide pan.
Added chopped onions, green chillis and garlic to it.
Once the onions are slighly golden brown add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
Add water, corn starch and mix well.
Cook for about 5-10 mins.
For the batter:
Mix all purpose flour, corn starch, pepper and salt in a bowl. Add water to have a medium thick batter.Corn starch is added here to make the cauliflower crispy
Mix the cauliflower pieces in the batter.
With the oil heated enough, fry the cauliflowers in medium flame. Make sure the cauliflower is cooked well while crispy.
Add the cauliflower in the gravy and mix well. You can add the earlier mentioned sauces again based on your taste.

Cook for about 5 mins.
Sprinkle the spring onions to garnish.

This dish can be served as an appetizer.
Paneer, Baby corn, Mushroom can be substituted instead of Gobi.
