This is a chutney used as a side dish with dosas, rice or rotis
5 Garlic cloves
5-6 Dried Red chillies
3/4 cup grated coconut
Salt
1 tsp Oil
Serves: 3
Method-
Take oil and roast the garlic cloves till slightly brown. Add the dried red chillies and continue roasting. Once done, let it cool.
Grind the roasted mixture with grated coconut, water(just enough to get a thick paste) and salt to get a thick paste.
Chutney is ready to be served.
