Ingredients
1 large Potato
2 tsp chilli powder
Salt
1-2 tbsp Rice flour
Oil

Method-
Peel and cut the potato into very thin slices.
Mix chilli powder, salt and rice flour together to get a dry mixture. You can vary the amount of chilli powder based on spice level required.
Dip and cover the potatoes in this mixture. With the slight moisture that the potato would have after washing it earlier, this mixture would stick to it easily.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan on low flame and roast the potato slices till cooked and crispy on both sides.
