Ingredients-
1/2 pound chicken, preferably wings or legs.
2 tsp yogurt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2-4 tsp red chilli powder (adjust according to taste)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder or paste
1 tsp minced garlic or garlic paste
1/2 tsp pepper powder(optional)
few drops of white vinegar (optional)
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt (adjust according to taste)
Serves- 4 to 6
Method-
Marinate the chicken with all the other ingredients and keep covered for an hour or refrigerate overnight. Take an oven-safe pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Grease the foil with butter, oil or fat-free cooking spray. Place the chicken pieces over the foil-covered pan, ensuring that the pieces are well-separated.
Preheat the oven to 400 deg and bake the chicken for about 30-40 minutes, turning them over midway.
Take the chicken out when they are crispy and cooked tender.
