Tandla Polo (Rice Dosa)

Though most dosa have rice as the main ingredient, we use 2 kinds of rice in this one making it slightly different.
Ingredients-
1 cup white rice
1 cup brown rice(Rosematta rice), also known as Kerala rice
1/4 cup grated coconut
Salt
Oil

Method-
Soak rice for about 8 hrs or overnight.
Grind all ingredients together to get a thick batter. This dosa batter need not be fermented and hence can be used instantly.
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and spread the dosa batter on it. Cover it with a lid and cook for about 3 mins in medium flame. Cook it on the other side as well for couple of mins.
Dosa is now ready to be served.
