Baked Indian-style Asparagus


I'm not quite sure why asparagus isn't available in India. It is delicious and really simple to cook.

Ingredients-
1 pound fresh, trimmed asparagus
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt to taste
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lime juice

Serves - 4

Method-
Mix the asparagus with all the other ingredients and bake for 15 minutes at 420 deg F.
Reduce the amount of chilli powder if you like it less spicy.
