Maida (All-purpose flour) Dosa


Ingredients-
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 tsp sugar
4-6 curry leaves
salt to taste

Serves -2

Method-
Make a thin batter of flour and water. Add salt and sugar and keep aside.
In a flat pan heat 2 tsp oil and add the mustard seeds. Once they begin to splutter, add the chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a few seconds without burning the mustard seeds. Add to the batter.and stir well.
Grease a dosa or pancake pan with oil or ghee and spread the dosa batter. Once cooked, in about 3-4 minutes, turn it around and cook for another minute.
Serve with pickle or butter.
