1/2 chopped onion
2 green chillies
1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 cup Rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil

Preparation:
Mix together chopped onion, green chillies, rice flour and salt. You can also add coriander leaves or other herbs according to taste. Add hot water as required to get a thick dough. Ensure that the dough is not too sticky. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
Make medium sized balls out of the dough. Roll it into roties.
For Rolling:
Take 2 polythene sheets or cut the zip lock cover into 2 halves.
Spread little oil on the lower sheet. Place the dough on it and cover it using the other sheet on top. Pat it to get a round shaped roti. Do not make it too thin as it may stick to the sheet.
Heat a pan and place this roti on it. Cook for a minute or two on both sides.
Roti is now ready to be served. You can serve it with chutney or any spicy curry.
