1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1-2 small green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp baking soda
1-2 tsp sugar
Salt
Water
Oil

Method-
In a bowl mix together all purpose flour, yogurt, baking soda, green chillies, salt, sugar by adding little water to get a thick dough. You can alter the quantity of sugar, green chillies, salt according to taste. Keep aside for sometime.
Heat oil on medium flame. Make small balls out of the dough and fry them in oil till cooked, for about 2-3 mins.
Goli baje is ready to be served with chutney or tomato ketchup.
