2 tsp mustard seeds
1 ½ tbsp (medium hot) chilli powder
2-3 tbsp Oil
6 cups finely chopped potatoes(about 5-6 medium sized potatoes)

Method-
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add potatoes and stir well.
Lower the heat and add salt, chili powder and still well.
Cook until potatoes are done/a bit crispy for about 20 mins.
Dish is ready to be served with rotis or as a side dish with rice.
