Ingredients-
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup Grated coconut
Salt to taste

Method-
Soak rice for an hour or two.
Grind the rice, coconut and salt to get a fine paste. Add water to get a batter of very thin consistency.
Take a pan and heat on medium flame.

Add a tsp of oil and pour the batter in it. Spread it uniformly and cover it with a lid.
Once cooked take off the dosa as it need not be cooked on the other side. (Only in case of this dosa)
Serve hot with any of chutney, butter, jaggery and grated coconut mixture, sugar or any spicy dish.
