1 cup Urad Daal
2 cups Maida (All purpose flour)Salt

Oil
Serves - 3
Method-
Soak urad dal for couple of hours.
Grind it well into a fine mixture.
Mix maida with water well till it's a fine paste.
Add this to the ground urad daal paste along with salt. The dosa batter is now ready.
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and spread the dosa batter on it. Cover it with a lid and cook for about 3 mins in medium flame. Cook it on the other side as well for couple of mins.
Dosa is now ready to be served.
Tip-
Can be served with alle chutney
