Ghosale (Ridge Gourd Peels) Chutney

This is an easy and tasty veggie chutney

Ingredients-
1/3 cup chopped Ridge gourd peels
3/4 cup coconut
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Ghee
1 chopped green chilly
Salt

Serves - 2

Method-
Take Ridge gourd peels and chop them into small pieces.
Take ghee in a pan and fry cumin seeds till they splutter. Add ridge gourd peel and green chilly pieces and saute till the ridge gourd peels soften a bit(about 3-4 mins on medium flame).
Grind coconut along with these fried ingredients, salt to taste and about 1/3 cup water(try to make a thick paste)
Once done, chutney is ready to be served.

Tip-
When you use ridge gourd for any dish, try and keep the peels and you can use it later for making chutney.
