4 Eggs
1 large onion
1/2 capsicum
1 Tomato
5 mushrooms
3 finely chopped Green chillies
Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
Salt
Oil
Serves : 3
Method-
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and keep aside.
Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and mushroom into small pieces. Sort this into equal parts.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and stir fry 1 part of onions, chillies, tomato, capsicum and mushroom for about 3-4 mins on medium flame till the vegetables are cooked.
Pour the egg mixture on top and cook on low flame for till the omlette is done(about 4-5 min).
Sprinkle the grated cheese and it's ready to be served !
Note: You can substitute mushroom with any vegetable of your choice or add more veggies.
