This is a popular Konkani breakfast dish, usually served with Chana Upkari
Ingredients-
1 cup Poha
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 small Jaggery piece
2-3 Curry leaves
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Serves -1
Method-
Add poha to this and mix well. Add more jaggery if you want it sweeter and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves and saute for few secs and turn off the heat.
Mix this to the above poha mixture
Dish is ready to be served for breakfast.
Ingredients-

Grate jaggery piece to get about 3-4 tbsp of powdered jaggery.
Mash/Grind together jaggery powder, coriander seeds, green chilli, salt and grated coconut.Add poha to this and mix well. Add more jaggery if you want it sweeter and keep aside.

Mix this to the above poha mixture
